VOICE LOGGING CALL CENTER

AppelMaster Mod. 585 is a medium sized voice logging call center platform, for connection on PSTN & PABX 2 Mbit/s streams, featuring distributed storage on intelligent nodes with Monitoring and Playback Operators on LAN.

SYSTEM APPLICATION

Recording handles a wide range of applications that require medium term storage of all incoming telephone calls such as Police, Fire and Ambulance Service Call Centers. Fully mirrored Hard Disk Units can provide buffer recording capacity up to 2,500 line hours, with virtually no limit to the number of calls logged on each Line Monitoring System node for instant message playback, which is vital in Emergency scenarios.

Archiving targets the requirements of Banking, Insurance and other financial trading applications (as well as Security and air traffic control) where the recorded evidence of all communications has to be later reviewed in case of disputes. For this purpose each Line Monitoring System node is provided with built-in Digital Audio tape Units for long term (manual) storage archiving of up to 1,100 line hours per cassette.

Playback allows multiple operators to analyze or process large volumes of recorded and/or archived communications in heavy-duty scenarios. For this purpose AppelMaster provides a unique client/server based architecture with Operator stations that can be either stand alone (equipped with DAT units in each station for archived message playback) or connected on Local Area Network to access messages directly on the LMS.

Monitoring may be required, for example, in Telemarketing Call Center scenarios where Agents have to be evaluated or, in other cases, when important transactions must be supervised in real-time. All Operators, connected to the LMS via LAN, can not only listen to on going conversations) in real-time, but also obtain additional important information including: Customer Name, Address, Phone, ID and other Agent comments. Up to a total of 100 (Monitoring and/or Playback) Operators can be connected on a Local Area Network.
